Samples of notarizations and apostilles are not shown here. 
Every certificate will be apostilled and notarized as well on 
the back of the document. Apostilles and notarizations are done
very clearly and major banks will accept them. Some banks in 
will accept just an apostilled certificate of the Incorporation
and/or the Consent of the Incorporator.
